SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped by the next business day.

Hormone test kits are sent via UPS and may take up to a week to arrive.

All other orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

To calculate shipping charges, put the item(s) in the shopping cart, enter the shipping zip code, and hit "Recalculate."

Hormone test kits include prepaid postage for shipping samples to the lab.

Orders Outside the U.S., Canada and Mexico:

A minimum $20 shipping and handling fee will be added. If the shipping costs are over $20 we will email you for approval.

Hormone test kits include prepaid postage for shipping samples to the lab, with the exception of international orders. Customers outside the U.S. do not receive prepaid postage.

How Soon Will I Get My Order?

Hormone test kits are shipped UPS and will take about a week to arrive.

All other orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will reach most destinations within 3 to 4 days.

How Soon Will I Get My Test Results?

You will usually receive your test results within two weeks of mailing them to the lab, but please allow three weeks, especially during the holidays.

RETURNS

There are no returns or refunds on books, test kits or downloadable products.

A damanged or defective test kit will be replaced immediately.

Other products that are damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days for a replacement.

Returns may be subject to the following fees: credit card processing, shipping and restocking.
