Orders are usually shipped by the next business day.

Shipping is via Priority Mail. Shipping charges will include postage, plus a $1.00 to $2.75 handling fee depending on the number of items ordered.

Orders Outside the U.S., Canada and Mexico:
A $20 shipping and handling fee will be added.

Hormone level test kits include prepaid postage for shipping samples to the lab, with the exception of international orders. Customers outside the U.S. and Canada do not receive prepaid postage.

How Soon Will I Get My Order?
Orders are usually shipped the next business day via Priority Mail and will reach most destinations within 3 days.

RETURNS
Any product that is damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
